Cleaning Questions

How can I get a quote?

Visit our Contact page and either fill out the form or get in touch with us via clean@nanoschoon.co.za and we will assist you with a quote.

Are cleaning supplies included?

We take care of all the cleaning supplies included at no extra cost to you.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

No, we will discuss the items that need to be cleaned, supply you with a quotation, and set up the day and time for the cleaning to take place.

What if I am not happy with the results?

Please get in touch with us so that we can rectify the situation.

How long does the cleaning process take?

Approximately +- 2hours. Although the process can take longer, depending on the state of your carpets/furniture, as well as the working space available. If there is furniture to be moved, this too will influence the time of the cleaning.

What methods of cleaning are used?

We make use of a water extraction method, which extracts the chemical solution along with all the dirt and grime. Our second method of cleaning is steam cleaning. This is chemical-free and safe to use on almost all upholsteries and carpets. With the power of steam, ensuring all bacteria and germs eliminated.

Do you provide the supplies?

We take care of the cleaning supplies at no extra cost to you.

What Services do you offer?

We offer Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) Fogging, Steam Cleaning, and Mobile Car Wash services.

How many cleaners will you send?

The number of cleaners sent to assist will depend on the requirements of the job.

What is the estimated drying time?

All items will be slightly damp once cleaned. They will be completely dry within 2/3 hours. A well-ventilated area will speed up the drying process even more.

Can you remove wine, coffee and urine stains?

Some stains can be stubborn, or even permanent, therefore we can’t make any promises that we can remove them. However, we will always try our best

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same-day booking?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you on the same day that you have contacted us.

Do I have to be at home for my cleaning?

Yes, we will need someone available to assist us with access to the premises.

When will I be charged for the cleaning?

We will quote you before scheduling the cleaning. Once we have completed the cleaning you will then be charged.

Can you collect my carpets?

We will be more than happy to arrange the pickup and delivery of your carpets. Alternatively, drop-offs are welcome at our premises in Bellville. Our team will ensure the carpet is cleaned and dried before delivery/pick up is arranged.
